Where Are All The Men? (Pastor Mike & Pastor John) -Fellowship Hall
In an age of confusion, compromise, and spiritual passivity, the church desperately needs men who are willing to step forward and lead.
Where are the husbands who protect, cherish, make time for, pray with, and sacrificially lead their wives? Where are the fathers who are present, engaged, protective, providing, prayerful, and willing to lead their children with both tenderness and firmness? Where are the men who take seriously their responsibility to lead, feed, protect, and shepherd their families with consistent, intentional, engaged, and sacrificial leadership?
But biblical manhood is not lived out in isolation. God has designed men to live in community with other men. We need brothers who will encourage us, challenge us, pray with us, speak truth into our lives, hold us accountable, and walk with us through the battles and responsibilities of life. A healthy man is not simply a man who leads his family well; he is also a man who is meaningfully connected to the life of the church and is willing to both invest in other men and allow other men to invest in him.
The health of our families and the strength of the church are deeply connected to men who understand their God-given responsibility and intentionally and actively embrace it.
Over the next 8 weeks Pastor John and Pastor Mike will address the biblical foundations of manhood. This will not simply be a series about what men should do. It will be about who God has called men to be. Men who know Christ, walk with Christ, take responsibility and lead intentionally.
The church needs men who will rise to the occasion–not for their own recognition, but for the glory of Christ!

Join us as we use The New City Catechism to prove this by asking and answering (from Scripture) the first eight questions of this modern catechism. Parents, these questions will mirror those covered in the children's classes during the same eight weeks.

We have all said the Lord’s Prayer, and most of us can probably quote it from memory. But sometimes in the familiar we can miss the richness. Join us as we take a deeper look at this prayer given to us by the Lord Jesus that begins, “Pray, then, this way: Our Father who is in heaven…” (Matthew 6:9-13).

Our identity shapes the way we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. In this class, we will trace the story of our identity through Scripture: created by God, broken by sin, transformed by the gospel, and made new in Christ. As believers, we are no longer defined by our past, our failures, or the opinions of others, but by who God says we are. We will explore what it means to walk in the Spirit, growing to become more like Christ, and to walk on mission, living out our new identity as His representatives in the world. This class will challenge students to discover not only who they are in Christ, but also how that identity changes the way they live every day.
